  1. Past hour
  2. This is clearly good news, but a little surprising. The assumption is that the bill will pass the Senate. I would have thought that the right wing Senate, with the Army picks, would be hostile, but it seems not! Perhaps a deal has been done!
  3. President Trump is promoting God's word in the Bible while the Democrats, who removed G-d from their plank at the convention, and made a big deal about it, embrace the Koran and anti-Christian and anti-Semitic hate. God bless you, President Trump.
  4. Thanks both for your replies. Appreciated!
  5. I'm always confused by the US measure of a cup. In this context, how many cups in a mouthful?
  6. Without wishing to be controversial, I have noticed that in the US, particularly State Courts, and a jury trial, of which I have had some experience, two wrongs do make a right! I have acted for companies that have been found liable for the acts of their employees, precisely because the jury recognised that the company could pay. Sometimes you have many multiple defendants, 'old uncle tom cobley and all', quite absurd from a logical, or legal, point of view, but that's how the cases go. When I started my legal career, the Oil Majors had US jurisdiction in their contracts. That slowly shifted to English law, which was found to be more reliable.
  7. The historically and religiously illiterate Democrats are fully triggered.... lol They think paying taxes = charity. They think the Constitution wasn’t directly influenced by the Bible. They think that men can transform into women. They think women can transform into men. They think children with feelings should be castrated and injected with hormones. They think politicians can stop climate change. They think unwanted inconvenient babies should be butchered and parts sold to Big Pharma. They think 65 million aborted Americans should be replaced by illegal immigrants.
  8. It's actually a lot of fun watching all the Trump haters, sufferers of TDS, and msn.com readers...lol losing their collective minds over Trump using the free enterprise system to his advantage. Whether it is selling golden sneakers, promoting Bibles, or selling stock in his media company.... collectively making him one of the world's richest 500 people. It's been a great substitute for Hollywood hasn't it? The Bible to a leftist is like holy water on the Devil himself. Watch them all screech like the demons they are.
  9. I wonder if Lara Trump paid for this with RNC funds??????
  10. March 28, 2024Updated 1:16 p.m. ET NYTimes A Republican operative who said he had been groped by Matt Schlapp, the head of one of the nation’s largest conservative advocacy groups, dropped his lawsuit against Mr. Schlapp after receiving a $480,000 settlement, according to three people familiar with the deal.

  12. As you may know, Eagle bars are present in Many cities worldwide, mainly in North America. There is also one in Sao Paulo. I discovered it during my last trip. It is basically a large bar with a stage and an even larger backŕoom. In the backroom, there is a pitch dark darkroom with lot of action. Far too dark for me ! Impossible to see any action. Even moving is difficult since there is absolutely no light .... Most of patrons are daddies, Tom of Finland types, aged between 30 and 60. The day I went there, there were 2 interactive boys whom I considered sexy (the same who will be performing this coming saturday). I was wondering how interactive they were ... They were quite a lot, even proactive, inviting customers to come and cuddle, kiss or suck them or even sucking customers on the stage. Great experience that day thanks to the sex appeal of the interactive boys. Most of the time, though, their models are not appealing to me. Might be worth a repeat in the future.
  13. Probably true, but it doesn't make it right. In my opinion, a person or entity shouldn't be held responsible over something over which they have no control, and were therefore not culpable. Again, if they had information this was a bad cop, and put him in that position, then yes, they share some culpability. I don't think they should be called "responsible" simply because they have more money. Two wrongs don't make a right.
  14. Hey, thanks for the detailed report! It's super helpful for my upcoming trip next month. But I'm a bit confused about S'Sense. I've read on other forums and Google Map comments that people say it only offers legit massages without any extra services. Some even claim that touching the masseur is not allowed. But it sounds like that wasn't the case for you. Did you negotiate with the masseur directly in the room, or with the administrator through messenger when you booked?
  15. You are always so honest. You don't care about immigrants who die building the country. Your death cult only wants to focus on murder propaganda. "Here's one woman who died! Here's one woman who died! It's Joe Biden's fault." The Trump crime cult doesn't care that murder is down over 10 % last year. The Trump crime cult doesn't care about immigrants who build America. The Trump crime cult doesn't care about facts.
  16. Anyone who thinks things are getting better in Myanmar are sadly misinformed. From CNN Burnings and beheadings: Myanmar junta escalates terror tactics Warning: This story contains graphic descriptions of violence. CNN — The two young men are bloodied, their feet clamped in wooden stocks. “What is the PDF (People’s Defence Force)?” their tormentors yell. “Dogs,” they reply. Humiliated and dehumanized, the men are hogtied and dragged across the rough ground by their thick chains. In front of dozens of onlookers, they are strung up to a tree and a fire stoked beneath them. As smoke rises and the flames consume them, the two men writhe and scream in agony – their final moments of unimaginable pain and horror captured on video. Phoe Tay was 21-years-old, Thar Htaung just 20. The two young men had left their family farms in northwest Myanmar to join a local armed resistance group following the 2021 military coup, hoping to bring peace and democracy to the Southeast Asian country, their fathers told CNN. But they were captured during a battle against the military on November 7 last year, and taken to a nearby village, where they were tortured and killed by a pro-junta militia under the watch of Myanmar army soldiers, according to witnesses. CNN has built a timeline of events, using accounts from more than a dozen witnesses, villagers, resistance fighters, family members and analysts, with analysis of the video and pictures from the day using open source techniques. Those accounts and analysis point to the ruling military as being responsible for the killings, in contradiction of their public denials. Phoe Tay and Thar Htaung’s deaths are horrific, but they are not anomalies in Myanmar, where the military is waging a war of terror against civilians as it finds itself increasingly on the back foot against a nationwide armed resistance determined to oust it from power. Those attacks have only increased since a rebel offensive launched five months ago resulted in major losses and defections for the military, multiple sources confirmed. By waging terror tactics including burnings, beheadings, mutilations, torching villages, and through a massive aerial bombing campaign that has displaced nearly three million people, the Myanmar military is attempting to control and divide the population through a long-established doctrine of fear and brutality, witnesses and analysts say. 17. It is quite common in most of Colombia for hotels to have a guest policy that does not allow admission to non-registered guests (i.e. at the time of booking). Of the three hotels listed, I can tell you that the Charlee will allow you to bring in one guest -- who will be registered at the reception desk -- but any more that that one additional name will be charged a full reservation feel for their stay, whether overnight or for a few hours. It is in their policy as of today, since I am staying here right now.
  18. Now he has a dollar for every time he said that at Jeffrey Epstein's playpens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. But you always lovingly try to chastise me for using them. So cute.
