After a harrowing rescue from a home in Laos, 16 moon bear cubs are now adjusting to their new home at a sanctuary where they will require lifelong care. Prompted by the distressing cries of baby bears, Laos police said they raided a house with more than a dozen bears and took them to an animal sanctuary for recovery. At the sanctuary run by Free The Bears, a wildlife conservation charity, a team of experts from Laos, Cambodia and Australia have been providing round-the-clock care to the cubs. The cubs won't be able to be released into the wild due to having been raised by humans. #news #laos #moonbear
