Have the saunas gotten any better in Salvador....they were a waste of time and energy for me....I had better luck on the apps

"Friends" is relative and many use it carelessly....do you mean guys who you tricked money off on or spent money entertaining? Bahia definitely does not remind me of Atlanta, where I currently live OR Harlem where I lived....there are tons of Afro Brazilians but the city, the food, the vibe is nothing like either of those metropolitan cities/areas... Aside from seeing a lot of black people (Not so much in Harlem these days and only in specific areas of Atlanta) what makes Salvador Bahia remind you of either of these cities? Genuine question....

No quarantine....a negative test within 96 hours was required.... You won't even be able to get on the flight without showing the documentation... I have a feeling that is going to be something huge in 2021...

96 hours prior....I got tested on Friday and flew out on Monday....

My partner and I just came back from Cartagena for 5 days of sun, food, beach and relaxation... No expectations since this was my first time in Cartagena....Have been to Bogota before... Weather was amazing....Sunny and hot the whole trip until Friday as we were about to fly out... Flew out of Miami so the flight is under 3 hours...AA gave water and cookies....AND no TVs....going or coming back Apartment rate was great, 25th floor, 2 bathrooms 1 bed....pretty empty high rise right on the beach... THE BEACHES...the beaches in the city near the apartment were dirty, you had to make a reservation and they were limiting the number of people on the beach THE BEGGING.....Shit was insane....my partner was over it after about 30 minutes of getting our feet wet, I was over it before we even go into the sections off area... We didn't look like we had a ton of money but we got harassed and offered everything from shirts, hats, yayo (cocaine), weed, girls/pussy, bracelets...etc. Beach was a wrap...We finally realized the beaches we should have traveled to but it was like Thursday....a day before we left out The food was amazing......Fried fish, coconut rice, tostones...we found a restaurant with amazing reviews and ate there about 3 times....we found a french inspired La Bistro for breakfast.....it was amazing....No street food The guys....NONE to be had....my apps were going off but nothing was my type like in Rio so didn't invite any locals over... The city overall had very few tourists around and the locals were definitely trying to sell any and everything to us... Around the Watch/Clock Tower is where all the prostitutes tend to hang out....no hot guys there either... Old City was beautiful...picturesque and pretty big.... Overall the trip was a great getaway and I would try Cartagena again when things have died down with Covid...

If you want to travel for culture, food, some sun and just to relax, go to Salvador Bahia...' If your whole goal is to go for sex and you can care less about the city or beaches or culture....Go to Rio.... Salvador Bahia and Rio can't compare when it comes to boys or saunas in quantity or quality...

I tried so hard not to answer this because I realize common sense isn't common... In Brazil, cash is king, especially when dealing with garotos, sauna boys...anybody dealing in sex for money... The more you travel there, the more well known you are....the nicer, more generous you are, the more liked you tend to become...Equals the more "friends" you have... I hope you are smart enough to realize that these "friends" are not friends and that they are friends with any and everybody... Just be prepared to spend money (be generous) and the guys will love you..

It also may have more to do with age, existing conditions, the symptoms you exhibit, etc... Some people get gravely ill OR die where other simply have a bad headache for a day or two or loose sense of smell and taste... There are too many unknowns regarding this illness but what we do know is that healthcare levels will effect overall outcomes in any place in the world, not just Brazil...

I don't think it's going anywhere...I think the longer it is around, more immunity will form But I also understand that for me, living inside under quarantine is not an option For those who are older in age or have existing conditions, this could be a death sentence, you should indeed stay in and safe...do whats best for YOU

I have been to Thermas in Barcelona... Instead of medications and what to do IF you get sick, I like telling people things they can do to have overall better health....diet and exercise, being as active as possible, using common sense...' Its amazing how many guys are nervous about getting Covid but not worried about HIV and other STDs.... I get it, medicine, etc... Again, masks and temp checks are the new normal for a while so for me, I might as well get used to it since I am good on Mexico and I NEED to travel...

Definitely NOT getting any vaccinations....My people have been tested on enough I carry the antibodies and Im pretty sure I have had Covid... At this point, Im not banking on a vaccine that hasnt been vested for 10-20 years to be the saving grace for getting back to some soft of norm... I'm fine with face masks and temp checks everywhere we go....that is part of the new norm I miss traveling....and saunas....and airplanes...and being able to live without fear....

Praying that I can finally go to Rio in December after Christmas like I normally do... I hear the city is reopening and there are things to do... Planning a trip to Bangkok in September and have been looking at the news on whats going on.... It looks like Bangkok has reopened up but not to international travelers yet Anybody know how business is back to usual with the night markets, malls, etc. Thanks for any updates
