  1. You can find guys on Grindr who will do kink you just have to so some shopping for someone into what you want to try. You can also just put in your profile that you are looking to try some BDSM or what ever it might be so others can contact you if interested. Earlier this year on my Bangkok visit I found a young gay slave available who was not a money boy, another posted for BDSM and when I asked how much pain can you take he said as much as I wanted to give him. He was a money boy. Finally there was a posting by “Dirty Boy” who was young guy that appeared to be into abuse and maybe scat play. Finally if you are just experimenting with mild kink a lot of the bar boys who are not brand new are usually willing to try if you are the receiver of the kink. Sex is fun. Explore different things and enjoy. Just go slowly and respect their limits. But do remember if you are putting yourself in a position of potential harm always have a way to stop the play if your partner is going farther then you wish to go.
  2. Lay over for 2-5 days in Tokyo. Take the Narita Express to Shinjuku and stay in a APA or Toku-Stay Hotel to keep costs down. Try out the boy host bars in Shinjuku. Walk in the National Garden. Enjoy the food. Then continue on to your destination.
  3. Thank you PeterRS and reader. Very interesting information. I have put “The Ideal Man: the tragedy of Jim Thompson and the American way of war” on my reading list.
  4. Yes I agree. Do you have any recommended reading on his life?
  5. I was also disappointed when Jim Thompson closed that location. Now I take BTS to Jim Thompson House which is a short walk from the National Stadium Station. I think they also have a cafe upstairs at the silk shop Surawong which I am going to visit next.

  7. So I guess he has no concern about the people whose money he took.
  8. Are there any beer bars left now that Soi Twlight is closed?
  9. Thanks Peter. Good detective work.
  10. Interesting the website seems to be up and running.
  11. Does anyone know who owns the company now that Thompson is gone?
  12. Other than Golden Cock which opens at 14:00 (2pm) are there other host bars open early?
  13. I hope your guide took you to Bar Code Bar and Heaven & Dream Boys Bar while you were in Siem Reap.
  14. So I should now expect to pay 2,000 for short time in Bangkok? Just want to adjust my expectations as last year I was turning down boys asking for 2,000 as I though they were trying to asking too much. Maybe I am out of touch with the current prices.
  15. I Have also been staying at Tarntawan for more than 20 years and feel very sad it is changing. Once the first change of owners took place it was the death bell for an era. The recent events and sale are just another symbol that Thailand is changing and we need to assess if these changes make us still feel welcome.
  16. Make sure your connection to Bangkok is still there. I had a very strange go round with United in that my connection they provided from HKG to BKK kept disappearing from my reservation. Happen several times and they were less than helpful at the Premier Desk. They seem to think I should talk to the airline they booked me on about the problem. I told them it was their responsibility to solve this issue as I paid United for transportation to Bangkok. I finally rerouted via Tokyo and will terminate my future dealing with United. Found out later from another United agent they have some weird computer problem that does not secure your connecting flights on other carriers if they rebook after initial booking. A supervisor has to do something special in the system. The whole thing is bizarre and I can no longer trust United which ends 30 years of travel history with them.
