  1. For ladyboys, try Soi Buakhao where there are ladyboy bars.  Soi Buakhao runs from South Pattaya  Road (near Tukcom) to Central Road.  I don't know the location of any particular ladyboy bars but they  are there!🤑

Any quick recommendations of places for boys and ones for ladyboys in Bangkok and Pattaya?

For boys in Pattaya there is Jomtien Complex aka Supertown with many host bars and massage shops.  ;  Boyztown (Toy Boy, Classic Boy, ABomb, XBoys and Dream Boys all go-go bars); Sunee Plaza (Winner Boys and Nice Boys, go-go bars). Also massage shops in vicinity of TukCom in Pattaya.

Can you have dinner in Boyztown? Would love to see the place come alive and see the boys arrive.

You can order food from a food cart in Boyztown (near Panorama) and, I believe, from another source that will bring food to your table, but this would not be considered a "dinner"  as it once was. There are a few restaurants in nearby sois such as Sue's Mexican and Lewinsky's plus a few Indian restaurants.

Forget about sunee plaza its a nightmare getting there & their is about 2 hundred idiot arab kids on motor bykes just mindlessly going back & forwards up the same street they have killed tourists in this soi a few times, it was the worse expierence of my life, the police pretend to make arrests every year, but it has been going on their for 10 years, the locals are furious. No matter what anyone says avoid it., honest facts, look it up on google arab kids pattaya arrests the latest this month.

My experience is that the motorcy traffic getting to Sunee is no worse than any major road in Pattaya. In the Plaza itself, where Winner Bar, One Bar, Rainbow Bar are located, there are gates which prevent traffic from cruising through that area. There is however, traffic on the soi where Nice Boys is located.

Since I'm drawn to inspect the more promiscuous conduct in Nice Boys, this description of its vicinity is quite depressing.... )-:

Sunee Plaza was busy tonight with 4 bars open (Winner, Rainbow, One, Green) with patrons in all the bars. New overhead lighting helped to brighten up the area. A pleasant surprise!  But no go-go boys in "uniform" at Winner.

Okay, so I have been watching YouTube vids and Sunee Plaza bars (Winner and NB) seems scary to get there. Is it? It looks abandoned. Still worth the visit? Do I need security LOL?

I will be there on the 26th, other than that, ToyBoys and DreamBoys tickle my fancy.

Will go back to BKK early to check out New Twilight, seems awesome. Any info ?

No, not at all scary to visit Sunee Plaza although somewhat depressing compared to the good old days.

I don't care in Thailand about being seen by strangers with a cute sexy young guy, I do care about being seen by straight guys who I've gotten friendly with seeing me.

I think being gay in a straight world mentally is not healthy for a lot of guys, not only me and the guys who don't give a toss and live their lifes in this manner are much happier for it, I say "straight world" as I've never had a gay friend in the UK, I've never even know an "out" gay guy.

I have a gay friend who has many straight acquaintances and friends who aren't aware of his gayness. He maintains a separate room where he meets gay guys via the apps and no one is the wiser.

I won't drink again though for awhile even though they say red wine is good for health ?

    Any wine drinkers here ?

For those of you over 60 as a gay man how is your lifestyle now?

Obviously your life goals change as you get older over 75 etc when your lifespan becomes around 5-7 years left ?

Can't answer your question as I died last year when I reached 82, at least according to your estimate above.

Kokopelli, pls elaborate; ur comment is very enlightening.

Cld u estimate how may farangs have relocated to Pattaya? Common features (age, origin, financial situation, sexual orientation, working/retired, etc)?

Do they live with their young companions?

Is such relocation a constant trend?

12is12, Difficult to give answers to your questions. People I know are all gay and older and retired. Some have plenty of money and others are not as fortunate!  Many have younger companions or associate via apps with young guys on a regular basis.

Is such relocation a constant trend?  That I don't know! Covid had put a stop to the usual tourist  traffic although it is now reviving.  Obviously it is the older crowd that are retiring here as expats.

You mentioned two important reasons why almost all Falang-Thai relationships failed and even if initially all is fine eventually collapse.

First, most of us can't or don't want to relocate to Thailand it's not easy to leave everything behind you and start a new life in another country the same for the Thai boy it's extremely difficult to adapt himself to a completely different culture, food, language and climate even if at the beginning they seems very enthusiastic to live in a new  country once they come their dreams shutter to pieces they feel lonely, can't adopt themselves to the food , people, climate and culture and desperate going back to their homeland. so yes it's not practical for most potential couple to become in full time relationship.

Most of my farang friends in Pattaya have relocated here successfully so it is both possible and practical.

I researched both here and on the other website. My google map is full of blues for hotels, greens - food, yellow stars - tourism, red hearts - sex venues.

    Questions:

    1) If I understand correctly (on Sawatdee it's explicit), there are no gogo bars in Jomtien Complex; only host bars and saunas. Why then is it so popular, including staying at hotels there? Aren't most members here interested in the two action zones (SP, BT)? What am I missing?

    2) Someone mentioned 40-50% (loud) women audience at BBB. Is that always like that? Also at other venues?? For me, it spoils the atmosphere...

There is one go-go bar in Jomtien, a ladies go-go! It is across the street from the Complex area.  It does seem that fewer men like the go-go scene although the dancers do get offs in Sunee and in Boyztown.

possible as in words of my grandmother " in old furnace , devil set a fire" although there are questions about extend of both of disability and what "hit on' actually meant.

Your comment reminded me a scene from Tawan from few years ago. Very old and frail gentleman aided by walker and few Tawan own boys showed up and sat down inviting boys to come and let him  a feel of their jewels for a tip. His face expression was one of happiness I remember to this day. It was  actually quite spirit uplifting

My friend's disability was that he used a wheelchair of sorts. As far as "hit on" he literally did like to punch his lad  in the abdomen which amused him. The lad was given warnings of the upcoming punch.

if you have disability and need care most likely handsomeness of boys is very low on list of your priorities I guess

Not necessarily; a friend was at the facility in Chiang Mai and did hit on at least one male attendant.
