Brazilians are, by definition, Latino, so the term there comes off as superfluous. Genomic admixture is so extensive that it doesn’t make sense to assess individually or arbitrarily according to colour groupings. It’s just dumb, and no smarter to stratify according to two large city populations, including their brothel subsets. One would be hard pressed to obtain an impression from innocent young objectified Brazilians abroad that wasn’t dumb in essence in the context of performative dynamics indulging the purveyor of an absurd tasteless inquiry.

All this isn’t to say that differential attitude and treatment in general according to skin colour is absent.

What in the pretentious nonsense is this

  2. Met some Brazlians when I was in Zurich recently. Both were from Sao Paulo. They said the crime is about as common there as in Rio, but it can skew more violent. They also said that the boys in Sao Paulo are far more racially diverse, while the Rio guys tend to all be Black Latinos. Has this been everyone’s experience? Was afraid to book to Sao Paulo due to the crime, but the idea of a racially diverse buffet is really tempting

  3. Has anyone been recently? Website says partial opening Thursday-Sunday until "March." I'm visiting Zurich late February until March 1st, so I'm missing the reopening :(

But I'm curious of what the rentboy availability is in the interim.

Frankly I wouldn't touch "Facebook" with a bargepole. In my last job as Chief Executive (silly, grandiose title for a basic management job) of a small Hospice charity in the UK I employed a young man as adviser on communications and publicity on a campaign to increase our fundraising income by over 30% in one year (we achieved over 50% increase) and he advised me to set up an account on Facebook. I had no idea what he was talking about. The next day I went down to lunch in the staff dining area and the cook said she was really upset with me. I asked her what I had done to upset her and she told me she had asked to be my friend on Facebook and I had ignored her. I immediately told my staff to delete this stupid account and never looked at Facebook again.

I stopped using facebook about 5 years ago after over ten years of use because I was starting to get grown adult friends get upset with me over "not liking" one of their posts. Noped out and I couldn't be happier.

I'm heading to BCN in a few weeks time.

Which hotels would you recommend - OK with being guys back?

I stayed at Evenia, which is super close. FInancially, it's cheap, but it's not the best value. You have no control over the room temperature and the rooms are small even for Barcelona standards.

Axel is gay and a bit tacky, but it's a gay hotel, so bringing people back or even getting recommendations from staff is easy. It's a little farther, but I'd recommend it if their sky bar is open: it's considered one of the top gay bars to visit in Europe, and it doesn't disappoint.

So I called on the phone a few days after I made this post since nobody responded to me here, and they were (are) still open for business between 1pm and 7pm.

They are not operating as they did before, where you go in and look at guys behind the mirror. Instead, they send you pictures to your phone of the guys working there and you have to text back saying which guy you want to meet.

The person I spoke to on the phone sent me some pics of the guys who were available on the day I wanted to meet, and I chose the one I liked most, who was a Brazilian called Leo.

I paid £130 for one hour with Leo and he was fantastic. I recommend Villa Gianni and Leo in particular if anyone reading this wants to  go there and try it out for the first time.

So they only do outcalls to your place? Did they mention their travel radius?

  7. I'm not surprised about Milan having a strong gay scene given the prominent fashion industry. The whole scene is dominated by gay men. I'd imagine a lot of gorgeous models coming through.

As far as Rome... remember that Italy is a strongly Catholic country and is infamous for being a few steps behind the rest of Europe when it comes to progress, so in my experience, homophobia is surprisingly stronger than expected. Even civil unions are relatively new to the country. You'd think that since Rome houses an entire country of "celibate" men with it there would be an underground gay scene. I've only heard ruminations about escorts being very deep on the dl.

When I was there almost 3 years ago it was drug addicts laying out on the street. Nothing seemed open or alive when I got to 57a during the daytime and I didn't get the urge to return at night. I'm intrigued by Gus Van Sant-style street hoods, but this was way beyond that. I hope you report back something different.

Yeah I'd like to hear back too because if all the cam site model locations are to believed, Medellin has a wealth of gorgeous fit guys.
