Of course Airbnbs are cheaper ( some) ...but...just the hassle of checking in 👨‍💼...and other stuff ,eg cleaning , makes it easier to just book hotels 🏨 I have had some great Airbnbs and some not so good ones I find in Manila Philippines 🇵🇭Airbnbs much cheaper than hotels whilst in Bangkok I find them relatively same price
