Members Lucky
We don't have a tech forum, so I would like to ask my question here. (Lucky said it would be okay.) Firefox, in a recent update, deleted my ad blocker. My cookies went down from the hundreds to the tens with the ad blocker.. Today, after the deletion, I had 429 new cookies. I don't want them. But having to delete every day is a pain. So, what is the best ad blocker I can use, and how can I keep Firefox from controlling it? Thank you! Members Lucky
I ended up using AD Block Plus, and it cut the number of cookies added daily from "hundreds" to two. Just 2 cookies made their way through ad block.
Members OneFinger
That's same one I'm currently using.
Members Lucky
It surprises me how many sites ask me to drop the ad blocker. One site simply refused to let me visit if I didn't.
