Last month I decided to take a break from Brazil and visit London. While in London, I had a great time. In addition to visiting the typical landmarks and touristy things, I went to a long-term London male brother called, Villa Gianni.
Villa Gianni is located at #32 Nevern Place, four short blocks from the Earl's Court underground station. It is so easy to find the place. Simply walk out of the underground station, make a left turn, then walk two blocks then turn left on Nevern place, then walk to # 32.

After arriving at the facility, you ring a bell at the red painted door that has a 32 on it. The place is in the lower basement of the building.

I was greeted by a very friendly fairly young good-looking manager on duty. The manager explained how the system works, i.e., what is involved in contracting with a rent boy at that facility.

The manager guided me down a hall way to a room that has a one way glass that allows a viewer to see the rent boys but the rent boys cannot see the viewer.

Each guy stands in front of the glass window and demonstrates and shows off what he has to offer to entice you to choose him. The manager told me what each guy likes to do.

If you like what you see, you advise the manager and make a choice.

The price for one hour is 90 pounds, Sterling, payable after the event concludes. That price is incredibly cheap especially for London, one of the most expensive cities in the world.

Considering the low, to nearly non existent, risk to clients (not being scammed by fakes and bogus ads), this facility is awesome. If the escort is more than satisfying, a handsome tip to the escort is definitely in order after the session, even though the escort does not ask for a tip.

I returned the next day but the mix of available escorts was not to my liking (nothing but twinks) and I did not stay long.

As a general rule, the mix of escorts is predominantly Brazilian. Considering that I like Brazil so much, I was quite pleased. Of course, there are rent guys from many other countries at the facility. It all depends on when you go there.

The only thing I do not like about the operation is the fact the rent boys must go through suggestive actions and sort of put on a show to entice clients to choose them. I think it is a little degrading to the rent boy to have to go to a one-way window and show off his wares while not communicating directly with a client.

Another good thing about an operation like this is we do not have to contend with fake ads and bogus/stolen photos or escorts demanding money upfront then not performing.

In all fairness, I went back the next day and the place was filled with lots of twinks. Although twinks can be nice, they are not interesting for me as romantic partners. I suspect that some members of this forum would have been thrilled on the day that I left because there were not "butch" Brazilians available at the time I was at the brothel.
The manager stated that a second shift comes on at six in the evening. This means that there are two crews of working guys each day.
What a splendid operation this is.
I heartily recommend the place even though there is a risk of not always finding the specific type of guy you like.

It's a challenge some times--but in the end people actually care less than you think they do. As gay men without family ties we have a lot more freedom to travel than a lot of our straight co-workers. A number of them live vicariously through our travels--hence the questions.
I'll admit it would be hard to say month after month I'm going back to Thailand or Brazil(weren't you just there last month?"),  but at the end of your life when your co-workers are nowhere to be found it's important you pursued the things that made your life happy and not lived your life for them.  I'm fortunate in the case of Brazil I practice a sport (kitesurfing) that has world class conditions on the northeast coast so I have a good reason to go there frequently. I always include a stop in Rio or Sao Paulo for a few days "to break up the trip."
In the end you'll find your own way to answer(or deflect) their questions but you should pursue your life without guilt or shame and enjoy!

Hello, there is no need to be concerned about your being Asian and visiting Sao Paulo.  Sao Paulo has the largest population of Japanese outside of Japan.  There are many other Asians in Sao Paulo that are not japanese. 
I have been to Sao Paulo many times.  I think you will find the area of Sao Paulo that is called Liberdade, filled with many Asian restaurants and shops and friendly people.  Have not worries.

Have you ever been to the facility?  I suspect not.  
There never was a sign.  You simply obtain the address or phone number and knock on the door or you can call them from your cell phone and they will come to the door to greet you.  
The facility is located within a large building that looks like an apartment house.  It would be inappropriate to have signage on the facility considering the type of building it is.  
As to their website being down, the website is unimportant.  The website, the employees and the management NEVER advertise the facility on its website as a brothel.  For purposes of the facility, it is a place for only a massage - and for the address and for the telephone number.  
If their site is temporarily down, Google will provide their phone number.  
If you were to call and ask for sex, you will get a negative response.  
Each and every time I was there, as the concierge closed the door with me and one of the guys, the concierge always said, "have a good massage"

Many of us who travel a lot are happy to share information about places we visit.  However, when our efforts are not acknowledged, we have a tendency to ignore future requests from people who lack basic civility.  
Considering that you are not the original person who asked the question and did not acknowledge my answers, I will give you information about Kaiserbrundl, as you requested.  
Prior to expanding on Kaiserbrundl, I want to be sure that you understand where Kaiserbrundl is located. 
In your post you wrote "Any further advice on how the Kaiserbrundl works for hiring hustlers? I've been to the saunas in Madrid and Barcelona (but alas never been to Brasil).  
Kaiserbrundl is not in Brazil, it is in Vienna, Austria. 
In May of this year, I was in Kaiserbrundl because a friend asked me to accompany him there as he was too timid to go alone.  I do not like the place but I went and stayed to keep my friend company.   
In response to whether the guys (hustlers) approach clients, I have to say - it depends on you and on luck. 
There is quite a variety of hustlers in that sauna.  Some are Latino while some are Austrian and German and from other parts of Europe.  Unfortunately, there are many Romanians in the sauna.  They give the sauna a bad name.  They are pushy and sometimes follow clients around the sauna repeatedly asking for money and drinks or food.  If you take one up on an offer, do not take them out of the sauna to your hotel.  You stand a good chance of getting robbed if you take one to your hotel.  You are safer getting together with hustlers at the sauna. 
If you ignore the negative aspects of the sauna, the interior of the building is quite nice and has a great amount of history.  There is also a restaurant that is used by sauna users and by the public even though the public are not using the sauna when using the restaurant. 
As I am accustomed to saunas in Brazil and Spain, I am spoiled for quality.  There is no way that Kaiserbrundl is as nice as Brazilian saunas or Thermas in Barcelona or Adan, in Madrid (Adan, marginal quality). 
It also depends on the type of hustler you like.  In Kaiserbrundl, most of the hustlers are too pasty white for my likes. 
I used to visit the sauna in Zurich (Paragonya) but I stopped visiting there a few years ago because I did not like the quality of available hustlers.  However, there are recent posts in this forum that say the Zurich sauna is currently a pleasant sauna again.  
Sorry not to be more encouraging about Kaiserbrundl.  Please realize, just because I do not care for Kaiserbrundl, it does not mean that you will not like it.  We all have different likes and dislikes.  
As I wrote in my original post above, if the weather is not cold or rainy, you can meet hustlers in Stadtpark between the Hilton and Intercontinenal hotels.  Those hotels are tall and are about one mile apart and can easily be seen once you enter Stadtpark.  
I also suggested looking on the website hunqz.com for a Vienna hustler.  You have to join and get a membership to access the ads on the site.  There is no charge to open a membership.  
I think you said you had not been to a sauna in Brazil.  If you use the hunqz.com site, there are usually many Brazilians in Vienna advertising on that site.   For a while, the site made it difficult to find hustlers for Vienna.  The site has since been upgraded and finding Vienna hustlers is easy.

You chose United Airlines.  I use them often.  They are reliable and mostly on time.  The airport in Texas (Houston) where you will connect from your domestic flight to the Brazil flight is huge.  Allow at least fifteen minutes to get to various gates unless you are a runner.  The airport is enormous and has many terminals.
After you arrive in Brazil and when you decide to travel from either Rio or Sao Paulo to the other city, you can take a "domestic" flight.  That means you leave from the downtown airports of either city rather than the far out international airports. 
This saves you money and time.  The domestic airports are down town.  Uber or taxis are cheaper than if you landed at the international airports.   
Alternatively, there is a very nice bus service that goes between Rio and SP that takes usually about five hours, considering the traffic.  The bus is cheap and has excellent comfortable seats.  The seats are huge and can be adjusted down flat in case you care to sleep.  The bus is like business class on an airplane if you want an idea of what you get is you take a bus.  There is a restroom on the bus. 
Taking a bus might seem like a lot of time however, if you factor in the time needed to arrive at the airports the bus is not that much more time.  It is certainly an unusual experience that allows you to see a bit of Brazil between the two cities. 
About half way between the two cities, the bus stops at a very nice roadway restaurant so that passengers can get a meal, if wanted.  Or, passengers can stay on the bus and sleep.  Only about 45 minutes is allowed for the restaurant stop.

Have you given any thought to how those "underprivileged guys" could or would survive and/or support their family without the opportunity to make money doing what they do with tourists (that you demeaned in your prior posts)?
In connection with paying the guys "bargain basement prices" - - - - what do you propose? 
Should tourists disrupt the local economy and pay many times the going rate locals pay for prostitutes? 
If tourists did that, hostility and resentment would build between tourists and the locals.   
Prostitution is a big and bustling business in many countries, especially in Brazil.  
Your posts indicate that you "cannot see the forest because the trees are in the way."  
 

I am not aware of a thread that discusses terms for use in Rio saunas. However, there might be some phrases posted on the site.
I assume this will be your first trip to Rio.
If you have read the postings in this site, you know that Rio currently has only two “rent boy” saunas. I assume that you will be visiting one of the saunas and that is why you want to learn “bathhouse Portuguese”
As one who has traveled more than one hundred times to Brazil, let me offer a little comfort for you in knowing that it really does not matter that you do not speak Portuguese for visiting rent boy saunas. I know that seems difficult to believe, but it is so.
Countless visitors to Brazil’s rent boy saunas speak little to no Portuguese. Few, if any, have a problem despite not knowing the language or even a few phrases.
Let me suggest that after you enter one of the saunas, you not allow the first garoto (rent boy) who approaches you to convince you to go to a private room with him.
Before you go alone in a room with a garoto, first get settled in at the sauna and look around a while.
When you feel comfortable after a “walk through” of the sauna, you should change into sauna attire. You will be furnished with a locker key (and number) plus a couple of towels and shower clogs when you enter the sauna.
As I said above, even though it seems difficult to believe, despite your not knowing any Portuguese, you will still be able to negotiate with garotos. Most of them are really nice guys and are not difficult - most are very friendly even if it is only through smiling and body language.
The only thing that I caution is that once you begin a “somewhat” conversation with a garoto, be certain that you both understand the agreed price for the encounter.
One simple way to confirm the monetary agreement is to take a piece of paper and write down the agreed amount. That way, there will not be any misunderstandings after you and the garoto leave the private room.
There are some terms that I could tell you but you really don’t need them.
There might be other posters who read your question and my response and might offer to list specific and graphic phrases for you.
You said you will be visiting Rio next month, which is summer time in Rio. The weather will be great for beaches but the saunas will be hot.

Latbear4blk has not previously been to Rio.  He has been there only a few days on his current visit to Rio.  
The prices he quote to you are based on HIS few days of experience in Rio.  
The guys in sauna Clube 117 ask various prices ranging from R$100 all the way to R$300 or more.  
Some guys will ask a higher price but when a customer does not accept, will counter with a lower price.  
Depending on your personality, you might find a guy from the sauna to spend time with you during the day.  The price for the guys time would depend partly on what you plan to do while you are together. 
As to the guys speaking English, I answered that for you in my response to you.  
I have visited Brazil for nearly 16 years, multiple times each year.  I am quite knowledgeable about the saunas, the pricing and of how to treat the guys found in the saunas.  
Again, I suggest that you read the "Latin" section of the forum to see additional comments that are current.  That information should be helpful.  
Attitude makes a big different on whether you will enjoy your time in Brazil.  
Your having extensive experience with guys in Thailand will not be much of a guide to you in Brazil.

No, that thread was started ten years ago.  If you read the thread, you will see that is has many current comments from various forum members who visit Rio. 
Also, you should read the "Latin" section of the forum to see additional comments that are current.  
All of your questions are answered in the various posts concerning Brazil. 
You might have to look for the answer about whether the guys speak English.  The answer is "generally not" 
Although it seems difficult to believe, your not knowing Portuguese and the guys not speaking English there is little or no problems for purposes of meeting someone compatible.  
As to finding someone for a long-term basis, it could be difficult.  Many of the guys are married or are in long-term relationships.  They work in the saunas solely to earn money.  When their work day is finished, they go home.  
Of course, it is possible you will find someone who will spend more time with you.

I am glad that some of my information is useful for you.  
Regarding the bus from Rio to Sao Paulo or vice versa you can google that and you will find the schedules and rates and places to catch the bus.  
If you decide to use the domestic airports, when you check flight schedules, make sure you enter the airport codes for domestic.  For example, Sao Paulo is GRU for internations but CGH for congonhas domestic, the downtown airport.  Likewise, for Rio the downtown airport is SDU not GIG for the international airports.  
You should probably wait until you arrive in Brazil before you decide on the bus or the airplane between the two cities.  The bus is fun the first time and the restaurant is nice.  Using the airports is a hassle.  It is a trade off what you feel like doing to get between the cities.  
The garotos told me about the bus.  I thought it was a bad idea until I went with one on the bus and I was pleasantly surprised.  
Remember, the garotos are frequently traveling between Rio and Sao Paulo to make money in the saunas.  It is nothing unusual to see a garoto in Sao Paulo that you met in Rio and vice versa.   Many travel on the bus to save money but mainly to save time.  Also, they can sleep on the bus while on the one hour flight, it is not practical to attempt to sleep.  
As to your learning the language, you surely don't think you are going to learn enough about the language to be able to communicate complicated subjects to garotos you meet.  Rather, I assume you have a small phone that includes a computer translator.  If so, and when you find a garoto (assuming in the sauna) that you like and you feel is compatible, you can enter your request in the translator and show it to the garoto.  The worst thing the garoto can do is say no.  Or, he can say yes or point you to someone who is willing to go along with your desire.  
Again, have a great time and be prepared to sprint quickly through the Bush air terminal in Houston.

Are you not aware that the psycho Trump rescinded Obama's easing of tourism to Cuba?
We Americans cannot currently or legally visit Cuba for purposes of tourism.  
After Trump and his family had their tour of Cuba (without much news coverage) Trump canceled Obama's progress in easing Cuba as a U.S. tourism destination.

Other than for Riobard posting fake assertions, no one is fighting, as you erroneously wrote.
People are curious about the sauna Lagoa.  Many from this forum like that place.  We were told there would be a replacement for the sauna because the sauna building is slated for demolition to build apartments on the land. 
The current owner, Rodolfo, continues to keep secret the replacement address for the new sauna.   He also continues to postpone the date of opening the replacement sauna. 
We are exchanging information along with some goofy information provided by riobard. 
I think only you would conclude that a "fight" was in progress.
