Some of the benefits of having networking of guys on Facebook. The first two are guys from Brno linked through others in Brno. I now have about a dozen there, most of whom do Bel Ami. The west side of the cathedral has a couple allegedly gay spots but is incredibly dangerous, even in daytime. ie: Expect you will be mugged. The east side of the cathedral west of Oriental Ave. is where the gay hustler bars and the sex hotel are. Pretty safe being right on the main street. But ugly guys. The east side of Oriental is fine and a much better more residential in-town neighborhood. I actually stayed in the Gran Hotel there. Was about $30 but a perfectly clean decent family/tourist hotel. ( I imagined a revolving-door of guys from the hustler bars----boy was I disappointed). Club Tobi only has a number out front. You have to have the address. It's 2 or 3 blocks east of Oriental (the main street) in the center of downtown. Not unsafe at all and 100% worth going there first. There are several saunas with masseurs in Bogota, but the prices are double and the guys are at best half as good looking as Club Tobi. And they just mostly massage in Bogota. Club Tobi is full sex on a massage table beginning to end for like $30 by very good looking guys. I'd go to M just for Club Tobi.

Never been during Pride. Not sure if it's big at Escape. In the US I'd say 90% at least of on-line escorts are scams in that they look little like the published photos and many reviews on RM are fake. I always try to pick up guys in person here. In Prague there are many, many porn actors escorting and Romeo has pretty honest feedback. "Marky Mark" certainly on my agenda for upcoming trip to Prague. What's up with Velvety20? We message sometimes with his broken English but he seems to have withdrawn from Rentmen and Romeo both. Said he had some health issues. I usually spend most of my trips to Prague with him and wonder if he's reliable for setting dates still.

I stayed at the Hotel Gran downtown on Oriental because it was across from the hustler bars. Never found if they allow guests (doubt it) because I never found at guy at those bars worth it. It was a fine tourist type 1 star hotel but I'd certainly recommend the other downtown area (Lauriol?) or even the more-distant tourist area (El Pablabo). There's an elevated train that goes from El Pablabo to the center and taxis aren't too bad. Of course as much as I like Club Tobi I'd just get a place close to them to sleep while they're closed. (Hotel Gran was close). I always find the best currency overseas is a credit card that has no foreign transactions fees for purchases (many do). Best for cash is an ATM card, especially one that has no fee because it's a partner of your bank. You can ask your bank. For Bank of America I had a partner bank in Medellin with no fee. (Medellin is a banking center for Columbia.) Banks always get the best exchange rates. (the boys will be glad to take your US money, if not credit cards). Sorry to tell you this but the scariest part of your trip will be that very long taxi ride into town. It goes up and down a huge mountain. Take some motion sickness pills and some sedatives (booze, pot, xanax, etc whatever soothes you), Avoid the small run-down taxis- they're daredevils on that highway. They're twice as bad and that's why their cabs are so beat up. Let us know if the "house of boys" above is open and please let us know if Christian is still at Club Tobi (or other nice ones). I'd fly to Medellin for a fews days in the sack with Christian anytime. Also check grindr for photos that say "prepaygo"- it means "prepaid" card but hustlers in Medellin always use the term. You can change your location to Medellin while here. If you venture down Oriental to the hustler bars I'd probably not take them back to your hotel first time. There's a gay hourly sex hotel across from the hustler bars. I only found one there that was decent, the bartender across the street, and he was terrible in the sack. Please report back ! Medellin's harder to crack but worth it.

I've been to the saunas in Rio and of course the number of masseurs there is much better. (I've also been to most of the escort scenes in North and South America and Europe). When I was there Christian was the best masseur at Club Tobi. On anyone's scale he would be an 8 or 9. Exceptionally good-looking Spanish European blood with a muscled body he worked on when not "working" in the club. An extremely versatile "Marky Mark" looking guy who gives the best head and has an incredibly firm butt.. There are only two giving "massages" at a time at Club Tobi, although off-duty masseurs are working cleaning or the bar and can service customers sometimes. Having availability to Christian and two other good-looking guys at Tobi daily for next-to-nothing made my 4 days in Medellin exceptional. But it is a small number and they don't post photos of the current masseurs.

Bogota is a huge comparatively wealthy commercial city. Think bank and insurance company skyscrapers. A very European city in the Andes inhabited mostly by native type peoples. There are several masseurs in each of several clubs but they do less and cost more (and are not the most attractive guys). Medellin is a relatively poor city inhabited by very attractive mainly European-Spanish types mixed with a little native. It has a reputation for attractive people. Club Tobi was all I found there and it only has 3 masseurs a night, but those muscle boys are all 9's or 10's and go for $25. It is also the nicest looking sauna I could imagine. The ones in Bogota vary from dirty to filthy with few guys over a 5 charging at least double and providing very little in return. The easiest flights are from Miami- a short hop on American or Jet Blue or Spirit to Medellin. Otherwise you have to go to Bogota and fly over. Avianca is one of the 1st airlines and is as good as any airline. Again, think European national airline.

Remember you talking vastly different distances. Bogota and Medellin are short cheap hops from Miami. Rio and San Paulo are a looooong way and BA is further. Club Tobi in Medellin is as good and cheap as you get. There are more guys and clubs in Bogota but not as attractive and cost more. Rio and San Paulo and Puerto Allegra have many more clubs and each club has many more guys. BA has nothing boy club wise. I haven't tried DR yet. For me (if I weren't tied to a regular) I'd hop down to Medellin as much as I could for cheap great sex at Club Tobi (maybe DR). The fares to Rio are much higher.

Columbia is very cheap to get to and much shorter flight.

Do not go to the west side of the cathedral. You will be mugged. The east side toward Oriental is usually OK. Downtown is fine and pretty safe.
