I have had at least 20 hotel staff in Thailand.  Many are gay or gay friendly and available.  If you stay near the gay area in Bangkok or the gay hotels in Bangkok or Pattaya, nearly all staff will work.

I’m heading to Belgrade Serbia now. I set my planetromeo location there two weeks and and I got a flood of messages.
