You might want to consider a business called Zeus Massage.  They do not have a specific shop location, but provide service at four local hotels or come directly to you.

I went in with realistic expectations after hearing some initial impressions, and unfortunately my experience tracked almost exactly the same pattern.
The shop itself is very nice, clean and upscale, though showers are small.
I ordered a 60 min aroma massage, at around 1300 Bath, already expensive compared to other places. My masseur came to greet me with very limited English. A bit awkwardly he stayed in the room while I took a shower. Either the guy gives me the privacy or he joins me in the shower. On the table (without a face cradle!), within the first few minutes of contact, it was obvious the masseur lacked real technique. The pressure was unfocused, transitions were clumsy, and there was no sense of flow or trained body mechanics.  Once you’ve had a few proper massages, you know immediately.
The masseur himself was very much a “guy next door” type. Young, casual, oversized baggy clothes, more student than therapist. His loose T-shirt kept brushing into me throughout the session, which only added to the distraction and reinforced the sense that this wasn’t a professional setup.
I was so bored that when he floated the idea of a hand job, I declined outright. I just wanted the session to end. 
Conclusion:
Titan remains significantly overpriced for what it delivers. Between the weak massage skills, inconsistent professionalism, and lack of atmosphere, it’s hard to justify the rates. If you’re in Silom, you’ll get a clearly better massage and more satisfying extras at Prestige or Ssense, both nearby and operating at a much higher standard.

If you want cheaper setups go to Green or Avarin. Alternatively just go to Arena in the same place as Titan. They never disappoint.

 

Bangkok
Day activities:
A visit to the Mahanakhon skyscraper. The view is impressive, as is the skywalk. bicycle tour by night. Great experience, but I prefer the day tour.  Bars:

He insisted we be very quiet, as there were other customers getting a massage in the same room (seperated by curtains). I really tried to be quiet, but I think I failed miserably. It was very enjoyable, anyway. oneSpa (saphan kwai): I chose "Min" a guy from Myanmar who could bottom. Special offer, 1 hour 499 baht. Minimum tip 1000 baht. Luckily, I paid an extra 100 baht for the VIP room, because if that was a VIP room, I don't want to know what the regular rooms look like. The massage was better than expected, with a pleasant body-to-body massage. As soon as I turned over, the real fun began. Min turned out to be a very enthusiastic bottom. We showered together at the end. From start to finish, 70 minutes. Highly recommended. Grindr:
Probably a coincidence, but the money boys were much more responsive than in Pattaya. I got one boy into my room within five minutes of our conversation. I ended up meeting two boys, paying them 1,200 and 1,500 baht respectively. Both were okay.

I had a wonderful trip to Thailand. It was great to be back and see how things have changed. Some for the better (Jomtien Complex), some for the worse (Sunee, Boystown).
After visiting Colombia often over the past five years, it was good to have a change of scenery.
Will I go back? Definitely, but my next trip will be to Colombia again.
Thailand has so many advantages over Colombia. It's very safe, the food is great, the hotels are cheap and high-quality, you can get a good massage, and it's very easy to find a money boy...
But what I miss most in Thailand is what they call "morbo" in Colombia. It's hard to describe, but the sex is just hotter, more intense, more passionate. I stayed at the Zing Resort in Pattaya and at The Raya in Bangkok.
The Zing Resort is a simple but pleasant hotel. The staff is super friendly, no problem with guests and it's always nice to have a pool.
The Raya: I was unlucky enough to have a room on the fifth floor (where the reception is), but they don't even bat an eye when you go up to your room with your boyfriend of the day. The room was very nice (with a naughty shower), but I didn't like the bed: a mattress on viagra, rock hard.
 
Pattaya

I took the airport bus to Jomtien. Even though I didn't have a reservation, I only had to wait 20 minutes for the next bus.
Grindr had a good selection of guys, but it was difficult to make appointments (no or late responses, guys who didn't show up, etc.). I ended up meeting three guys, only one of whom was memorable.
On average, I paid 1,500 baht for bar boys and 1,000 baht for guys from Grindr.

He tells me that they had no choice, he couldn't pay the tea money for the BiB anymore with the profits of the bar. I miss the old Nice Boys. ARRIVAL
I've been flying business class on my outbound journey for years. It's quite a long journey from Europe, and I love arriving in Thailand refreshed. I found old photos of the hotel on Google Maps when it was still the BBB Inn. It's funny to see that they advertised the hotel back then with a photo of a staff member lying on a hotel bed. I wonder if any members here ever found a staff member lying on their bed back then?

The location is, of course, ideal. Within walking distance of all the bars and massage shops in Patpong. At least, within walking distance for most of us. @Olddaddy would definitely take a motorbike taxi... 
I think someone on this forum already mentioned the hotel's lack of an elevator. And of course, lucky me, my room was on the third floor... I had to lug my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The room is very basic. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking. And it's quite noisy. I hear a lot of noise from others walking in the hallway, from other rooms, and from slamming doors. The renovation of the adjacent (former) Take a Nap Hostel is currently also causing noise pollution. In short: it was nice to try a new hotel, and thankfully it was only for one night, but I won't be booking this one again.

I've been going to Thailand every year since 2012. There were two years I even went twice. I know, I can't quite match some other forum members here in that respect. Like @vinapu, who suddenly shows up unannounced in Bangkok about every two months (I like to exaggerate). But I'd still call myself a seasoned Thailand-goer.
