You might want to consider a business called Zeus Massage.  They do not have a specific shop location, but provide service at four local hotels or come directly to you.

1. Choose from one of the locations listed above, or request the therapist come to you.
2. Provide the preferred date and time of appointment.
3. Pay the reservation fee in advance.
4. If going to one of their locations, once the reservation fee has been paid you will receive the actual hotel room number.
5. Simply arrive at the room and the therapist will be waiting for you inside.  Pay the tip directly to the therapist.
If you connect online, they send out occasional posts (not daily) with photos and basic info on the therapists.  Most of them look fairly muscular.  Not sure where you will be able to find 'daddy' type therapists in Bangkok, but these guys seem to be more muscular...similar to Jey Spa, Glam, and History of Massage.  

I don’t know if Arena arranges outcalls, I somewhat doubt it. But when I have gotten massages there I have gotten numbers so I can call them and schedule direct.
