Cruising: Although I didn’t really look into this my impression was that a few sub-Saharan guys were available at the beach front/promenade. 

There is a male hamam called Aachak in Dchiera, a few km south of Agadir city centre (just 2 blocks south of Cafe Afoulki on Ave Bir Azarane). Entry is 25dh. Best time is daytime during weekends but I was told that almost any day and time would do. Plenty of fit mature guys there enjoying (a self catered) body wash and scrub - one sits on the floor in the 2 large rooms in the rear with an big bucket of warm water and a small cup to wash your body. Quite normal for guys to give others a serious body scrub (with plenty of indecent grope going on) whilst eying other guys in the room. All wear shorts or underwear. Nude is not allowed as I understand it. Outside the 2 rooms there lots of private shower stalls (door can be closed/locked for privacy) where guys can go for fun in more privacy. The venue is really small and old so expect nothing of a sauna that you are used to in Europe or Asia. I was told that many local guys go there as they are unable to hook-up with other guys elsewhere. A few young/twinks will show up looking for fun with mature and presumably top guys. As a foreigner you will be a novelty there and plenty of guys will show interest in you, so plenty of Arab dicks to suck and fuck you (raw unless you bring condom) in the shower stalls.
A pleasant experience but preferably find a local guy to show you how it works in the hamam.
