October 6, 201510 yr Are any Russian people following this forum? In Pattaya one cannot escape how menus and brochures are often in Russian. In March this year it seemed although that Russians were somewhere else. Maybe sanctions and oil price drop are having some effect. But. Would be nice to hear if there are some Russian speakers (говорящиe русского языка?).
