Going back to pt after six years, think it was time to go back:)

Last time I stayed at the eldorado and it was a good guesthouse, well u just sleep there.

Anyone no how that place is nowadays?

They have still good prices and you have more fun things to spend money on then accommodation:)

I have not stayed there. 

The one time I enquired, they took 6 days to reply to my e-mail, by which time I had made alternative arrangements.

 

These days I tend to go for something at a slightly higher price point, but for reference, how did you find it for noise at night, cleanliness and condition of rooms ?

An excellent guesthouse at Sunnee is the Colonial Bar and Appartments. Large clean rooms.

What's the noise level like at The Colonial ?

 

I expect motorcycles are flying up and down that soi all night, so I would want some fairly thick double glazing on the windows to keep that out.  

Ambiance was fantastic if need a recommendation.
