A few changes have been made and more are on the way.

1. I have merged the Michael, GayThailand, and Scooby accounts to be Michael as I needed to get notifications of replies to some content that I have not gotten.

2. We are purging all members who have not logged in in the last few years. Our database will dwindle to low numbers as anyone now logged in in past 3 years will be deleted from site. So, if you see something like guest_Richard, you will know that the member has not logged in for a while and thus, removed from the site.

3. We are cleaning up the front end and back end over the next few weeks. Lots of work but I think a much better system coming.

4. All porn is removed or being removed and replaced with other items.

5. More things to follow but I know some will notice some changes so wanted to give all a heads up. Thanks for being a member of the site!

BTW, yes @z909 we are trying to extend the log in as well.

Are you aware of the little quirk where it says I need to login to reply, then sends me to the "wrong" login page ?    There seem to be 2 alternative login screens.  One lets me in, the other doesn't.     Hoping a fix might be in the upgrade package.

I'm not sure which end is which, but from what you say, presumably we all log in the front end ?   

In the time that I've been, er......, pleasantly occupied since the last post, it logged me out.  Then when I try to reply, the login button refers me to what I presume is the back end, which won't let me in.  Not the first time in my life.   

Now if the back end was as willing to take me as the front end, all would be well.   Or if the link sends me to the working front end ?

Hope that's the correct IT jargon.

Michael, For years I have been going to the Site with this URL

So after reading this message, I deleted the "forums/". And when I then went to the Site it loads but seems to freeze. I cannot Click the Log In. So what URL should we be using? By the way, I am using Google Chrome on a Widows 10 PC.

The "Sign in Now" button below always sends me to the login screen that never works, rather than the good one.   Is this as expected ?

I suppose it's one way of discouraging uncommitted members from posting too frequently.

If you enter FIRST from the www.gayguides.com site and log in and click forums, you will not see that in the below.
