I am not privy to any of the behind the scenes dynamics so my remarks are based on public observations. M.E.R. appears to have begun out of frustration maybe even out of anger. Two men, TY & TO, with complimenting styles joined forces to build a better wheel. I believe they have been successful. Design: The layout is carefully interwoven so that all of the parts work seamlessly together. This is no small undertaking as anyone with even a hint of web design can testify too. Early on there were some expected bumps in the road but management listened , prioritized and made the appropriate corrections. However, it's a never ending painting and I'm certain we'll see additional features as the site moves forward. Reviews: The old phrase quality not quantity comes to mind here. I much rather read one review that is detailed and truthful than ten reviews that are empty and not even verified. In my personal opinion TY has done an exceptional job of maintaining a unmatched standard in published reviews. TY cannot and does not control the content but he does appear to painstakingly research each review prior to posting. The review form is also a nice feature. The well thought out categories make it easy to obtain quick information on an escort or if the reader elects can get a more detailed view. Also, as I mentioned under 'design' it's refreshing that the reviews and profiles sections are intertwined. Forum: I have found this to be one of the more welcoming forums that I visit. The few sparks that fly are quickly doused and overwhelmingly people who participate here are quite respectful of each other. I personally feel that the occupancy will continue to grow as others discover this community. There is a wealth of information shared by the current members. Not many forums I visit have such knowledgeable contributors. Management: TY & TO have set the template for future adult site management. I have never come upon a site where feedback is actively sought, examined and responded too. TY & TO show an amazing amount of respect for their customers and in turn their customers give back that respect. What a concept. Summary: Not quite one year old and M.E.R. has already made its mark on the gay escort industry. Setting high standards in management philosophy and integrity is no easy task. TY & TO are accomplishing that task each day. To the site owners my appreciation and best wishes for many more successful years.
