Hit and miss has not yet been raised to the level of a policy. I just noticed and have no idea what has changed to cause that. Will investigate. More seriously, I will (on rare occasions only, hopefully) offer an admin comment when moved to do so as I have in the past. Reasons range from: noting information about the escort, to remarking about something notable about the review, to that irresistable backflip urge. Only rarely, hopefully, but maybe not. I read the review when it was posted, found it to be too many words saying too little, and gave up part way through. In the light of your post I went to it again and made it to the end. My original impression was reinforced tenfold, but I don't think I could have come to your conclusion and TY's without the prompting. That brought home to me how superficial a level I read the reviews on, compared to you practised rune readers. If it's going to be a policy for Management to light the way of the benighted with respect to reviews, I'll be grateful.
