March 20, 200917 yr Author Active Members So far, it seems the Medical Marijuana is just a screen to not rile up the populace. If California were to legalize pot not just for medical reasons, federal agents would not target pot dealers since they are not violating BOTH State and Federal Law. California needs the revenue.
