August 1, 200917 yr Active Members Surely I'm not the only guy here that missed hearing of this bit of foolishness. What the concept says about our military leaders' mind set is a little unsettling. The zanier side of gas warfare On the other hand the mind boggles at the civilian uses to which this could have been put.
