November 6, 200916 yr I have always found the people in NYC interesting in elections. For such a liberal city, it elected Rudy 2 times. Now this election. I like the guy myself but wonder what New Yorker's think of him?

I like the guy myself but wonder what New Yorker's think of him? No surprises, except for the narrowness of the margin: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/28/nyregion/28spending.html?_r=1&hp Bloomberg first bashed the process seriously by arm-twisting the negligible City Council into abolishing the two-term law voted in by the people. Then he crushed it to death with his money. The media onslaught that passed for a campaign had to be experienced to be believed. I voted for Thompson.
