Congrats to Alabama. It was a great game to watch! I wore my red Crimson Tide shirt and socks just for the occasion! Roll Tide!

And strangely enough Texas playing with a quarterback straight out of high school (who probably hadn't even practiced with the first team) was almost offset by odd coaching decisions by Nick Saban.

I was kinda hoping for a decisive victory by Alabama just to finalize the dominance of the SEC. Won ugly but won. That will have to do. If Texas had scored a TD at the end instead of giving up a sack/fumble in their own red zone, Saban would still be in intensive care. :D
