The cost of Thai visas at embassies around the world may be increased after the Royal Thai Consulate in Dubai announced a price hike of 20 to 25 per cent on all Thai visas. The cost of Thai visas at embassies around the world may be increased after the Royal Thai Consulate in Dubai announced a price hike of 20 to 25 per cent on all Thai visas.

 

As of July 2, a single-entry tourist visa from Dubai, currently just under 900 THB will cost almost 1,100 THB, a 20 percent increase.

 

The adjustment comes after a strengthening baht trend, however will not affect visa-exempt nations, who will still be able to enter the country on a 30-day stamp.
