Ya know, I know just what you mean.... Why just the other day... "I will never forget it, you know! I was having tea with my girlfriend Clementine, and suddenly the doorbell rang. I answered the door, there was a delivery boy with two dozen roses. The card read 'Love, from your boyfriend Ernie. " I said to Clementine, "Do you know what this means? For the next two weeks, I am going to be flat on my back with my legs wide open! Clementine says, "What's the matter with you? Ain't you got a vase?"
September 13, 201016 yr Active Members Go figure. Don't mind if I do! The most users ever at Daddy's was 243, in June. After the July 'vacation', the number of simultaneous users dropped significantly. It seems to be running about 50 now. Assuming the way the two sites measure numbers are similar, the most users ever on this site was 38 yesterday. And it's at 23 now. So I think you can conclude that the past month or so has been good to MER. Before Daddy's vacation and Lucky's challenge, MER's active user base was probably running about 10% - 15% of Daddy's. And now it's closer to half. Plus MER's trends are up, while Daddy's are down. Don't know what all that means in the grand scheme of things but, if Daddy considers his message center to be a nuisance, and MER wants a bigger presence, it seems you are both realizing your dreams.
September 13, 201016 yr Active Members I noticed during the last meltdown that a few new posters came over and immediately left when daddy's reopened. Shows where allegiances lie, I don't put much stock in people that fickle. I don't post much at either site (well except for the past couple of days, as most of us know) unless I feel i have something to add, but have been here since the beginning. It's nice to have somewhere to go where fairness and honesty are important.
