September 19, 201016 yr Active Members Ty or Oz, I took a photo of Dane Michaels on Friday to verify his pictures and he sent in the request late Friday afternoon. I noticed on Saturday when I searched for his profile by location in Raleigh NC his profile was gone. I guess this profile was pulled for verification? But 24 hours later you still can not find his profile by location? Is this the normal process to verify photos? Thanks

His profile is in the system and seems a normal active profile. You can access it from his review. I will set the tech weenies on it first thing Monday morning.

I have alerted programmers second time. Thanks for the reminder. Re the verified photo. I see nothing in the queue. I will ask Oz if he knows anything.
September 22, 201015 yr His profile is not removed. I see it there when I do a name search. I also see it attached to his review. I don't see it when I do a search via location and TY has asked the programmers to check on this. I don't see a photo for him that shows his Verified Image. Can you attache that photo here so I can see it?
September 22, 201015 yr Active Members Shit is gonna happen; that's a given. What counts is the effort to clean it up afterwards. The attention to customer service on this site is amazing. Really, no suck up intended, you guys are wonderful.
September 22, 201015 yr Author Active Members Thanks TY and OZ, He is now found by Location.....YEA In regard to the Verification photo I don't think Dane would want me to post his mug shot for everyone to see (not overly flattering) LOL I believe he sent it again around noon today so it should be there now. Thanks again for all your help.
