July 8, 200719 yr Good luck to Monty but I have to say I don't know why all the hype about Issan boys. I see no real cuties in the group and I am sure there are just as many non Issan boys as cute or cuter than those ones. For a long time it was the Chiang Mai boys that were the most sought after because of the lighter skin tones. I have to admit that the Chiang Mai boys still top my list mainly because of the silky hair and smooth skin and they seem genuinely nicer.
