SO If you were a betting man then would you bet that the government WILL find a solution before the August 8th deadline or WON'T find a solution before the August 8th deadline?

I am 98% sure they're going to miss the target but only by a few days then they'll hurry to cover up their butts on why it couldn't be done before then.
