August 4, 201115 yr Do you ever get in a bleeh, yucky mood where you don't want to do anything at all? It isn't a matter of being lazy, it is more just a disinterest in everything... Waking up and thinking..."not another day. I dont want to do much of anything?" If so, what did you do to get out of the mood? Even hiring a cute boy and spending some time with him just sounds like nothing special-not worth the time, energy or money.. Just wondering.. Any thoughts guys??

August 4, 201115 yr I think everyone feels that way at some point or another. In my case music is what soothes me. Sometimes I will just get in the car and drive along the coast listening to my favorite music and that changes my mood substantially. Also sometimes going to a movie also helps a lot as well because it's focused entertainment. They also say eating a banana will help with that mood because potassium helps with depressive thoughts.
