A PUBLIC RECORD RIOTUR is limiting the size and strength of the sound trucks that will be used during the parades along the shoreline of Ipanema and of Leblon. This year, Rio de Janeiro had 4.87 million marchers that enjoyed the 424 blocos/street parades. The quantity was 83% larger than the metropolitan government had expected.
