The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Facebook is close to a deal with Morgan Stanley to create the IPO for Facebook which may be as early as next week.

If you've seen Apple go way up in value, watch Facebook. The only difference is that there is real value in the Apple stock. . . Facebook, not so much at least not yet.
