February 4, 201214 yr I found out Yesterday that Sergio Real passed away. He was a really nice guy!! We were Never a escort and client. My first trip to Rio in October of 2001, I came back absolutely sure I was in love! This is back in the earlier days of internet/aol chat rooms, and I typed in Brazilian Los Angeles, looking for someone who would be willing to act as a interpreter on a phone call to Rio with my new love! I found Sam's name and called him, had no idea at the time that he was a escort or porn star! He was very intrigued about being the translator! lol I drove up to his apartment in Weho and we called Rio and had a 15 min. conversation with the then love of my life. After the call, we sat and talked for over an hour and he told me that I would fall in love with many Brazilians! I found out that Sam was kind of lonely with no social group at the time outside of porn, so I invited him out to dinner the following Friday with 4 friends of mine. That started a friendship that included dinners together in Palm Springs/NCY/L.A. over the years, Just last year he friended me on Facebook and we stayed in touch that way. It had been 2 years since I last had dinner with him. He was a spiritual guy and really down to earth regular guy. When he came to the U.S. as a 18 yr old, he got a job at McDonalds in NYC and that's how he learned English. I believe he was well thought of by his clients and had I think close to a 100 reviews.
