Cemetery officials did not report any increases in visits to the gravesite, although several gay men did stop by to see if the Dillinger penis might be on display. The robber reportedly had a huge endowment between his legs.
February 6, 201214 yr President Benjamin Harrison is also buried in Indianapolis, but I'll bet his gravesite gets fewer visits than Dillinger's. But then, I've never heard of any speculation about the size of his member.
