He was on "The Today Show" today talking about how tipping really gets you what you want in restaurants. I think it's all about ego frankly. But I found his ego appealing and he really believes that the world revolves around your seating location in a restaurant. All the more power to him. . .
May 1, 201214 yr I love him on Master Chef. His reactions are priceless. And yes he is one of these guys who happens to have an appealing ego. Its kind of understated that might be why. I didn't know he had a book though I might check it out. Thanks EXPAT.
