July 9, 201214 yr Active Members I have always admired Mr. Frank's candor, apparent sincerity, and the stands which he'd taken over the years. I also would liked to have received an invitation to his wedding. I wish them both happiness and fulfillment. I wish Mr. Frank the best on his impending retirement from Congress, too!
