July 23, 201214 yr Active Members This is the second arrest for Mr. Willard for these charges. The LA Times reports that he was arrested 20 years ago for a similar charge, but was allowed to go through a pre-trial diversion program. I find these kinds of arrests for masturbating in a theater where everyone there wants to do the same thing to be despicable.
