July 29, 201214 yr We have just 100 days until the election. I am in Cali and have yet to see an ad on TV for either candidate. I am sure others have seen hundreds. My proposal: max about to spend per candidate is 25 million. The rest of their ad time is for debates and town halls which each candidate is invited. But, with only 100 days left, do you think there are those out there with their minds not made up already?
July 29, 201214 yr They just said this morning on the news that the pollsters believe there is only 11% set of the population that is open in their opinion. And they believe that to be the lowest in history this far out in front of the election.
July 30, 201214 yr Active Members All the ads are playing in less than a dozen states. The remainder are considered safe for one party or the other, so no need to spend money in those. Of course cable plays some of them too as part of their coverage.
July 30, 201214 yr I haven't seen any Romney ads in California but I have seen several Obama ads but now that I think about it other than the Olympics, I've only seen them on cable networks, not the local network stations.
