Not all Christians are against gays. Many Christians participated in abolishing slavery and expanding women's role in our society. Religion also evolves and adjust its doctrine as time passes.

We need to work with religious people rather than antagonize them. For our benefit we need to strength our community and treat other gays with respect and encourage them to do well in whatever they pursue. When we are strong and HEALTHY we will have say on things. We need to have continuity of POSITIVE FEEDBACKs through one generation to the next.
