December 28, 201213 yr Active Members My Ipad insists that I have one email at my Yahoo account, but I don't. I went through the whole darn thing on my computer, and there is no unread email. How do I get it corrected/ Anyone? Thanks. (No, I don't want to smash the Ipad.)
December 28, 201213 yr ARe you sure it isn't a spam email that is at Yahoo? your iPad will show those too.
December 28, 201213 yr Author Active Members I have made sure that every email in the Yahoo account has been read, and the one is still there. All files have been searched. There is a phantom email somewhere.
December 28, 201213 yr Lucky, check all you folders. (trash / spam / and pvt folders, if you have them)
January 6, 201313 yr Lucky if you are still having this issue use a computer (not the iPad) and sign in at icloud.com Check each mail folder to be certain they all are marked read. I hope this helps resolve the issue.
January 7, 201313 yr Author Active Members It finally went away. It turned out to be a conversation that someone started even though I didn't know Yahoo had conversations.
