Physical Fitness Centers

Does anyone know of any centers in these areas? They need not be gay. A small or private concern will be fine as I am not into body building, but just need to get in better shape.

Thanks!

There are 2 "Tony's" gyms on Third Road. A large one with swimming pool and tennis courts just south of Pattaya Tai on Third Road and another one North of Pattaya Tai. Membership is by the day,week,month,year....

At Avenue is a new California WOW. It is several stories tall and has different fitness classes

Ambiance has a small work out room.

I think "Sevin" gym is still in the Day-Night/Tuk Com area...not sure

Thank you!

If you join one Tony yopu have access tp all three, the two on 3rd Road and Walking Street. 220 per day, 12K for two years (membership freeze permitted) or 20K lifetime. The large one is excellent and the one north of Pattaya Tai also has Muay Thai training. B)
