Forbidden Planet bloopers

Those don't seem like all that serious bloopers by comparison. Today, watching the film, it seems dated and a bit "old-fashioned" but still enjoyable, at least by me. ^_^

I felt sorry for the animal that was vaporized when the gal reached the "age of reason".

I would very much like to have the robot available to make booze on demand. ^_^

Best regards,

This is one of my favorite films from childhood.

Some years ago, I put it on Christmas gift list - and for some reason, my sister thought it was an 'adult' film.

Well, it is based (loosely) on The Tempest, arguably the weirdest of Shakespeare's imaginings. I worship it, but approach it ever with trepidation.

The play, that is. The movie I think may be my second most favorite piece of celluloid after '2001.'

P.S. One of my great, thus far unrealized, wants is to spend a day playing with a theramin.

I believe you can buy a toy one of these for 15-35 dollars and a "real" one for $300 or so (up). When you send your list to Santa....................

Best regards,

RA1
