September 11, 201313 yr Gay and Gay Friendly Bogotá Hotels High Park Hotel | Carrera 4 No. 58-58 | 1 2495149 | http://www.hotelhighpark.com/ It is a small 6 or 7 room hotel that operates like a B+B. The owners are onsite at all times to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. They are very funny and very welcoming to the gay and lesbian community. No problem to bring a new found friend back to visit you at the hotel. The owner speaks a little english, and his wife doesn't speak any at all--however they will arrange for an english speaking guide if you wish. The rooms are very clean, and a nice hot breakfast is served daily either in your room or outside the terrace. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to many of Bogotá's gay clubs (which are very fun by the way!)
August 28, 201511 yr Active Members Now in Cartagena. Its difficult to get much information at this time but it appears that the High Park in Bogota is no more but there is now a High Park Hotel in Cartagena in an outlying neighborhood not too far from the walled city. I stayed there (Bogota High Park) and had an excellent experience.
