August 4, 200818 yr I think the asking price was in the high 30 million baht range. Why does this sound like an excellent way for the average falang to take a small fortune and make it smaller? Not for the faint of heart or the inexperienced.
August 4, 200818 yr Another sad loss to the Day Night area. Flamingo was a nice place run by nice people. Another loss by current political situation in pattaya? I think we will see many more closings due to the many raids and driving tourist away. There seems to be a real push away from industrial/tourist driven economy back to an agricultural base (I believe there was a posting in thaivisa recently regarding this).
