July 16, 201412 yr Author Active Members From my visits to Kentucky I consider this one of the most beautiful states and I certainly would not include it in the ten worst. On the down side it is the home of Mitch McConnell .
July 16, 201412 yr Active Members I would have to agree that in many of the worst and best states to live in the external factors are important, BUT, several of the factors in evaluating various states are the result of individual performance. If no one exercises, if no one eats properly, if many drink to excess or do drugs, is it the state's fault? Some look to various government resources for solutions such as these but I look to the individual. Neither I, nor the local, state or federal government can MAKE you behave. Try though they might. Most anyone can enjoy life and make one's way where ever they may live with individual activities and expectations that are realistic. Best regards, RA1
