So, suddenly, various companies sniff that there may be a profit in misery? There is plenty of water but, indeed, we shall have to pay more for it. Desalinization, anyone? Stop flushing? August 29, 201412 yr Active Members On the other hand, if you really want to conserve near 'bout any commodity, you don't sell it cheap. Put a dear price on something and folks will find a way to minimize its use. When people had to hand pump the water (or,worse yet, haul it from the creek), they didn't bathe more than once a week.
