February 4, 201511 yr ....In the final case, a forum user that was "Grinched" late year thought it so egregious that he submitted a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General Consumer Protection Division as was his right. The complaint was closed without comment after I responded to the "Informal Complaint Resolution Process." While I could have published the entire exchange because it is a matter of public record. I've chose not to do so. That decision has been stretched to the breaking point by the fact that he has continued to barrage the Attorney Generals Office with emails after the fact. He will no longer be a part of this community. Jiminy Cricket! Boy-O-Boi Q: Have you ever been so upset as a consumer that you've written your States Attorney Consumer Protection Division to complain? I did, once, back during the toxic china drywall situation. It felt like the right thing to do.
