The Latin superstar will be serving as a judge AND an executive producer on Simon's new reality competition called La Banda. Auditions will be held all around the country looking for the ultimate Latino boyband as part of the biggest talent search in U.S Hispanic television history!!! Boys who aged 14 and over will be able to sign up to audition in a city near them. All of the audition information can be found right HERE. The reality competition is set to appear on the Univision Network this coming September and we can't wait to see all the talent that will be on display! Naturally, there will be comparisons to One Direction, who were discovered on Cowell's The X Factor U.K. But rather than attempting to ride on the coattails of 1D, La Banda is embracing an opportunity to finally get the Latino supergroup that the world hasn't seen since Ricky's Menudo days!
