April 29, 201511 yr Active Members Another (straight) fella strictly in it for the cash. I love dancing boys and I spend a lot of money on them. But "exposes" like this just make me want to tell the guy that he needs to find another line of work. http://www.vice.com/read/what-its-like-to-be-a-straight-go-go-dancer-in-a-west-hollywood-gay-club-427
April 29, 201511 yr Author Active Members BTW It is not that he is straight that I find sad (I hire a lot of trade) It is the whining about not making a grand a night and about being "objectified" that bother me. No one is forcing him to do this-unlike some fellas in other parts of the world. So if it bothers you move on!
April 29, 201511 yr Active Members I think you mean, find a life. Most demeaning things are only demeaning if the instigator thinks they are demeaning. If you hold yourself out to be fondled and do not like it, whose fault is that? Some pilots think they are asked to do too much to satisfy the owner or client. I always have had the attitude that my clients are like guests in my home (aircraft) and we both should act appropriately. This has worked so far (40+ years). Best regards, RA1
April 30, 201511 yr Active Members Of course, it's always nice when someone likes his job so much that he can't think of anything to gripe about. Most folks I've met, though, usually have one or two suggestions for things they'd like to see improved.
