November 6, 200817 yr Same problem here. Not only has the internet service been sporadic, the technical help has also been very slow in responding to complaints. Their website is also not very English-user friendly.
November 6, 200817 yr Yes, Problems. I thought maybe it was due to the new electric lines that are being pulled around my area. First my telephone line did not work but the internet connection still worked. Then both telephone and internet went out. I had to wait 2 days before a repair man came from Chonburi to fix the problem.
