I don't see Detroit.....I know everyone's premonition or view of Detroit...but; it's actually a pretty hot and up and coming city again.  I have a client who's buying up property and redoing it for residential and business purposes's..Can we try to put Detroit on the fourm city discussion area;;...you might be surprised.
